Bolton Council and its partners have a long history of performing strongly and delivering quality services for the people of Bolton.
The council was a four star authority under the Comprehensive Performance Assessment (CPA) and was praised as performing well under Comprehensive Area Assessment (CAA). This celebrated achievements, including,
- excellent social care provision
- the quality of our services for children and young people
- the way in which the council manages its performance
- the way in which the council uses its resources and delivers value for money
