Bolton town centre shoppers will be treated to a sneak preview of Glastonbury act Sheelanagig this Saturday (13/6).
The group have been honing their eclectic blend of folk, jazz and world music since 2005 and have become renowned for their energetic performances.
Having played at music venues and festivals across the UK and Europe they will perform on all three days of the world famous Glastonbury Festival later this month.
See them first in Victoria Square, with performances at 12noon, 1.15pm and 2.30pm. Sets last 30 minutes.
Councillor John Byrne, Bolton Council’s Executive Member for Development, Regeneration and Skills said: “This is the last in the current series of free town centre events, which have proved to be incredibly popular. Sheelanagig adds to the variety of acts and these great entertainers will provide a fantastic finale prior to the launch of our summer programme next weekend.”
