Do you know Bolton's Best?
The Bolton's Best awards celebrate and reward Bolton Council staff for the work they do to make a difference to the Bolton family.
As local residents, you will encounter a variety of council staff within the community on a regular basis. You can nominate any member of staff you feel has gone the extra mile to give you an excellent service for the Best Customer Care 2011 award.
You can nominate a member of staff online, print and post the nomination form or fill in a nomination form at council information points such as the One Stop Shop in Bolton Town Hall.
Nominations close on Friday 16 September.
How to make your nomination:
- Be clear about why you think the person you are nominating is Bolton's best.
- Tell us why, in 100 words or less, you feel they deserve the award.
- Make sure your nomination arrives no later than Friday 16 September
- Email queries to firstname.lastname@example.org or call 01204 338525.
What happens next:
The council's chief officers will look at all the nominations and narrow them down to a shortlist.
In November, local people will be asked to vote for the winner of the Best Customer Care 2011 category through the council website.
All nominees will be told that they have been nominated at the end of October. Shortlisted nominees will be invited to the Bolton's Best awards ceremony in December, where the winners will be announced.
