If you receive housing benefit there is no charge for your Supporting People Service. If you only need support for a short time, say up to two years, again there is no charge. Your support worker or warden can explain this to you.
If you have been asked to pay your support charges you are entitled to a financial assessment. It may be that when we look at your finances, you can get some help to pay the charges. Contact your support worker or warden for more information on getting a financial assessment.
If you are a leaseholder you may also be entitled to help with your support charges. Please see our Leaseholder Policy for more information.
