You’ve come to the right place. Our First Step information sessions are run by physical activity professionals who will give you advice and information on how to get started with physical activity. The sessions last one hour, no physical activity is involved, and they will cover:
- Discovering ways to become more active.
- Finding activities that are of interest to you and where they can be found in your neighbourhood.
- Useful information about the importance of being active and what level to be active to stay healthy.
- The knowledge you need to make responsible choices so you can take control of your own health and well-being
- Information about exercising safely with health conditions
