The Annual Monitoring Report (AMR) is a document which must be published each December, setting out how Bolton Council's planning policies have been implemented for the previous financial year and whether it has achieved the milestones set out in its Local Development Scheme.
The AMR is one of a number of documents that need to be included in the Local Development Framework.
The seventh Annual Monitoring Report prepared for Bolton was published in December 2011, covering the financial year 2010-11 and is the most recent report.
