Home ownership service - right to buy 


Homes for Bolton

The Home Ownership Section is part of the Housing Advice Service and deals with a variety of home ownership issues including:

  • Council tenants wishing to purchase their home through the Right to Buy scheme
  • General advice for first time buyers on all aspects of home ownership
  • Home Ownership schemes targeted at first time buyers, those in housing need, and those who cannot buy a house of their own outright
  • General advice and liaison with other agencies
  • Advice and assistance to home owners experiencing mortgage difficulties

Visit the Home Ownership Section during the following drop-in hours:

Monday: 9am to 12.00pm
Tuesday: 9am to 12.00pm
Wednesday: closed
Thursday: 9am to 12.00pm
Friday:9am to 12.00pm

You can contact the service by phone from 9am to 5pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays (see details listed on the right).
