The community strategy is the long term plan for Bolton. The current strategy was developed in 2007 and sets a vision for Bolton through to 2017. The strategy is overseen by Bolton Vision partnership who are striving to make Bolton a place where everyone has an improved quality of life and the confidence to achieve their ambitions. The two main aims are to narrow the gap between the most and the least well off and to ensure economic prosperity.
