AWARM – Affordable warmth access referral mechanism
AWARM is Bolton’s joined up referral process which enables frontline staff to identify people in need and refer them to the Energy Saving Trust Advice Centre for help in reducing their energy bills. This can range from debt advice, benefits checks, insulation and heating grants or advice on switching suppliers.
If your organisation would like to be involved in this initiative, please phone the Energy Saving Trust Advice Centre on 0800 512012 and ask to speak to the AWARM coordinator.
